 Mr. Entwistle is the President of NYC Office Suites and its affiliated companies and oversees 55,000 square feet of furnished office space in the Grand Central district of midtown Manhattan. Mr. Entwistle works directly with the leasing and operational teams at all NYC Office Suite locations to ensure that clients’ interests are well served. He is located on-site and maintains an active role in all leasing transactions.
Prior to joining NYC Office Suites, Mr. Entwistle worked as an investment banker for Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) and Bank of America, raising capital for growth oriented companies in the technology and healthcare industries.
Mr. Entwistle holds a Bachelors of Science from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.
 Ms. Dwyer is responsible for the sales and marketing effort of NYC Office Suites including full-time offices, virtual offices as well as conference room rentals. Ms. Dwyer works closely with both prospective clients as well as existing clients to make sure their office space needs are met. Ms. Dwyer is located on-site and is easily accessible.
Prior to joining NYC Office Suites, Katie was Account Executive with Ricoh Business Systems in Manhattan. She has extensive experience working with growing companies.
Ms. Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fordham University.
 Ms. Landry is responsible for the day to day Operations of the 5th & 6th floors at 708 Third Avenue. Hope’s responsibilities include customizing phone programming and reception service, data technology needs and overseeing the care and needs of clients. Ms. Landry is onsite and overseas a team of receptionists and operational personnel. Hope is readily available to assist clients with initial set-up and daily requests.
Ms. Landry started with NYC Office Suites as a receptionist and has learned the business of client service through over 10 years of experience. She has held the Director of Operations position for over 6 years and enjoys working hands-on with our clients.
Ms. Landry holds a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from New York University.
